On Thursday, March 27, 2025, the SOD turning ceremony marked a significant milestone, uniting government representatives, community leaders, and stakeholders in celebration of this collaborative achievement.

We took a moment to honor the visionary trailblazers whose efforts laid groundwork for this vital project. 

“This facility is more than just bricks and mortar; it save lives, improve health outcomes, and provide culturally safe care,” stated The Honourable Ged Kearney MP, Federal Assistant Minister for Health and Aged Care.

Appointment of Independent Governance Advisor and committee Chairperson 

We are excited to announce the appointment of Sherrie Boucher from Boucher Advisory as the Independent Governance Advisor and Chairperson of the YADU Clinical Governance Committee.

With expertise in Compliance and Risk Management, Sherrie will report directly to our Board. Her team has developed AI dashboards, providing YADU with instant access to clinical indicators and real-time analysis.

This partnership marks a significant advancement in our clinical governance framework.

YHAC Special General Meeting 

Yadu Health Aboriginal Corporation will be holding a Special General Meeting to update the Members Register in line with the Corporation’s Rule Book.
