SEAVIEW VILLAGE
Seaview Village is a low level care facility for the frail aged.
Seaview Village was established in 2000 aiming to provide quality, culturally appropriate aged care to older Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander
people close to their home and community.
LOCATION
Seaview is located on the stunning Thevenard foreshore, every unit has a terrific
view to the ocean.
Seaview Can Offer:
- Low care support residential accommodation for people who usually live at home, but need to give their families a rest; or if your health needs changed and your home may need to be changed to manage your health needs.
SERVICES PROVIDED
Seaview Village offers a warm friendly environment that reflects Aboriginal values.
Seaview Village can provide:
- All meals
- Personal Health Care Plan
- Religious/Spiritual Support
- Transport Assistance
-Personal needs assistance
-Access to community activities
-Managing your health needs
-Community meals around a campfire or in the dining room
-Laundry and cleaning services
FACILITIES AVAILABLE
Seaview Village has 9 self-contained full air conditioned units. Each unit has its own bedroom, kitchenette, ensuite, bathroom and personal garden.
There is space to accommodate 10 residents, as well as 1 respite care room and bed.

WHAT TO DO ENTER SEAVIEW VILLAGE
STEP 1
Contact the Coordinator of
Seaview Village
STEP 2
You will be give an information pack that will help decide whether you would like to move into Seaview Village.
STEP3
You will be added to the waiting list.
STEP 4
You will asked to have a Health Check to make sure you only need a low level of care.
STEP 5
You will asked to sign a Residential Agreement.
STEP 6
Once accepted, you need to organize your personal belongings to be moved into Seaview Village.
STEP 7
You will then have an induction to show you how Seaview Village works.
