CLASS DESCRIPTION
CIRCUIT
Our Boxing Fitness Class is a high-energy workout that combines boxing techniques with cardio and strength exercises to boost fitness, coordination, and confidence.
Suitable for all fitness levels, this class focuses on non-contact drills such as shadow boxing, pad work, and footwork in a fun, safe, and inclusive environment.
BOXING
Our Circuit Class offers a dynamic, full-body workout using a series of timed exercise stations that target strength, cardio, and endurance. Each session is designed to keep you moving and motivated, with a mix of bodyweight, resistance, and functional exercises.

Guided by qualified staff, the class focuses on gentle movements, light cardio, and strength-building exercises to support cardiovascular health in a safe and welcoming environment. Ideal for those seeking to stay active while prioritising their heart health.
LOW IMPACT MENS
YADU FRIEND LADIES
Our Low Impact Men’s Class is a gentle, supportive workout designed to improve mobility, strength, and overall fitness without placing stress on the joints.
Ideal for beginners, older adults, or those returning to exercise, this class focuses on safe, functional movements in a relaxed and inclusive environment tailored specifically for men.
Yadu Friends- Ladies is a supportive and culturally safe class tailored specifically to the individual needs of the female participants. The program focuses on gentle movement, social connection, and improving overall wellbeing through a combination of light exercise, health education, and group activities.
Please Note: Participation in this class requires a referral from the Chronic Disease Team at Yadu Health or a Doctor.
